Here at MembersFirst Health & Fitness, our theme is helping you create balance in your life by motivating you to exercise, eat right, set goals, and take time for your self to relax in between all the demands of your busy lifestyle.  Whether your goal is to reach and maintain a healthy weight, improve your strength and flexibility, train for a sport, enhance your health or just feel better, it is important that your utilizing a specific program that is going to optimize the best results for you!

 


We have an elite team of Personal Trainers that encompass various degrees and backgrounds of experience.  Depending on your specific goals and needs, you can select from our team of Trainers that have the skills to help you achieve success. 

We have three levels of Trainers, with a fee that reflects the Trainer’s qualifications and experience:



  • Personal Trainer- Nationally Certified Trainer with 1-2 years experience in Personal Training and Fitness.  If you are in your in good health, with no medical considerations, this level may be right for you.
  • Master Trainer- Nationally Certified Trainer with specialties in training for weight loss, sport specific, pre and post natal, nutrition education, flexibility, muscular imbalances and more.  If your needs fall within these categories, then a Master Trainer would be the best choice for you.
  • Elite Trainer- The highest level of training and experience, College Degreed and Certified Trainer that is competent in training clients at all levels.  If you have a specific underlying health condition or orthopedic joint problem, then an Elite Trainer’s advanced skills would assist with your needs and goals.  Specialty Trainers for Pilates, Yoga, Qigong (Chinese healing exercise), and Shin Jyutsu are also available at the Master and Elite levels of Training).
