Group exericse classes offer the latest in Step, Yoga, Pilates, Group Cycling, Muscle classes, Cardio Dance, Boxing, Kickboxing, and much more. All Classes are included in your membership. Group Cycling requires reservations, otherwise all classes are on a first come, first serve basis.
