Aquatics


Boot Camp H20: You'll discover water intervals that effectively train the cardiovascular system by working movements through progressions of cardiovascular power which then change to focus on muscular strength and endurance. This exciting class will last 60 minutes.

Triple A (Active Older Adult Aquatics): This aquatics class will focus on light cardiovascular conditioning along with basic strengthening and flexibility. this 45-minute class is geared toward seniors, but all are welcome.

The Water's Edge: Circuit Training will take your water class to new heights. This water aerobics class utilizes various equipment which leads to a lot of fun and makes the most of the resistive qualities of the water. This 45 minute water aerobics class is appropriate for all fitness levels and abilities.

Aqua Kickboxing: This class utilizes kickboxing, sport-specific training drills, athleticism, and user-friendly kickboxing moves all in the aquatics setting. Take the latest craze into the water. All are welcome to this 45 minutes class.

Water Walking Club: Water walking is a lot of fun.This is a motivational program that will help you water walk your way to a fit and healthy body. This class focuses on light cardiovascular conditioning while maximizing the use of water resistance. Strengthening and flexibility exercises will also be emphasized. This 45-minute class is appropriate for all fitness levelsand abilities.

NEW!!! Below the Belt: This 30 minute class is the perfect addition to your aquatic workout. Strengthen your core/trunk, and tone the entire lower body with unique, innovative exercises that target the areas of the body "below the belt". All levels are welcome to this exciting new class.
